Relax and Release: A Therapeutic Art Workshop at Sineo Packaging Manufacturing
At Sineo Packaging Manufacturing, we believe that wellness goes beyond the workplace; it starts from within. As part of our commitment to creating a supportive and balanced environment for our team, we recently hosted a therapeutic art workshop at our facility under the theme: Relax and Release.
The session brought together both front office and factory staff, offering everyone an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. The workshop began with grounding and breathing exercises, guided through a calming meditation designed to help participants centre their thoughts and release stress.
With a relaxed mind and steady breath, the team then moved into intuitive acrylic painting on canvas. Without rules or expectations, everyone was encouraged to express their inner state through color, texture, and movement—letting their creativity lead the way.
As the painting sessions concluded, participants took time to reflect on their artwork and share their insights with one another. The process wasn’t just about art - it was about self discovery, connection, and emotional release.
